All orders are shipped with DHL.

Delivery times:

• Germany: 1-4 working days
• Europe: 2-7 working days
• Outside Europe: 5-14 working days

Shipping prices:

• Germany: €5.90
• Other countries within the EU: €14.90
• For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.
• Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 18€
• Other countries outside the EU: 25€
• All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package reaches your country. KUAVO does not withhold duties and taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's guidelines.
